Your 7F Group Coaching

The 7 Fs are major areas that would make a positive difference in your personal and professional life. 

Your participation in this 3 session coaching program will support you in creating your Future on Paper (7Fs)

1. Future: Your future will not plan itself. Even if it does, it will not execute itslef. Even if it does, it will not measure itself. You will be supported with tools on how to create your desried future on paper, and your progress will be routinely measured.
2. Fitness: Mental and physical fitness is something we all desire and deserve. You'll learn and get support on how to ensure that you're creating a lifestyle that enables you to enjoy a vibrant physical and intellectual life daily.
3. Family: The people who love you and care about you regardless of your personal and professional circumstances. Plus, you feel the same towards them. As your days are speeding by, the people that matter should not fall off the table. You'll learn simple strategies to keep your most important relationships alive and fresh.
4. Finance: Money cannot buy you happiness, but it helps you create pleasant memories with your loved ones. It gives you the possiblity to support people in need and generally make the world a better place. Many are unable to enjoy the family and fitness they have in their lives because of inadequate finances. You can positively change that without “winning the lottery” or becoming a workhorse.
5. Friendship: You may have heard that "if you stayed around the baber's shop long enough, you might get a haircut." Many just hang around the babers shop of life and wonder how they ended up with a haircut they didn't plan to get. We don't have to let that happen to us. We can choose value adding friends to whom we can also add value to.
6. Fun: All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy or Janet a dull girl 😀. You'll find your fun. You'll locate your happiness triggers that are in alignment with your personality and your destination in life.
7. Faith: Albert Einstein said "everyone should ask themselves this questions 'Am I living in a friendly universe or in an unfriendly universe?' The answer to that will affect the way your lives play out. Essentially, he's telling you and I to pay attention to the laws of the unseen. The law of faith, and make it work for you and not against you.
